Reality

When
a child creates a picture, sand castle, or modeling-clay masterpiece,
his or her natural inclination is to share it joyfully with
someone else. A child’s delight is in the act of self-expression,
rather than in the comparative merits of the result.
Consider
what you do not like about the world, or about your life.
Then artistically recreate whatever it is in a better way.
There is no such thing as a human without artistic ability.
We were created to create and recreate throughout the years
of our lives.
You
do not have to be “good” at something to express
your thoughts and feelings artistically. Learn from the nearest
child just how easy it is to create, enjoy, and share.
At
a minimum, you will enhance your mental, physical, and spiritual
health through artistic self-expression on a regular basis.
