Birthdays often carry a negative connotation—especially
for those age 40 and older! This annual event reminds us
of another year gone by in the inevitable march of time toward
the end of life—whenever that might be.
However, birthdays can be your friend, spiritually speaking.
Your birthday can offer an unforgettable reminder each year
to ask yourself an important question: What is the most important
lesson I have learned about life?
And your birthday offers a great opportunity to share your
answer with someone else.
