crust is recycled back into the mantle and new crust appears, which

Minerals required by the human body such as iron, calcium,
and potassium are not found in the Earth’s crust. 7.
The Earth’s surface conditions have changed little
over the past few billion years. 8.
Most other planets in our solar system have an ocean and
atmosphere similar to those found on the Earth. 9.
The two lowest layers of the atmosphere extend about 30
miles above the surface of the Earth, and play a major role in weather
and climate. 10.
Climate change and geological activity have played a minor
